Met Mile Recap

Lane's End Racing and Dell Ridge Farm's Honor Code (A.P. Indy) made a last to first move to win the Metropolitan Handicap. Tonalist (Tapit) was second and Private Zone (Macho Uno) was third. Javier Castellano rode for Shug McGaughey.

Bred by his co-owner Dell Ridge Farm, the winner is out of Serena's Cat (Storm Cat). This makes Honor Code a great-grandson to 1994 BC Juvenile Fillies runner up Serena's Song (Rahy). His record is 8 starts with 5 wins, 2 seconds and 0 thirds with earnings of $1,308,260.

Honor Code has now earned a spot in the Dirt Mile.
